New functionalities
Since the establishment of its entity in Singapore in 2022, oTMS has launched the international version of its SaaS TMS and has replicated its successful experiences in China to the Asia-Pacific region and also has made localized adjustments & innovations in system functionalities, which provide multi-language, transport modes, vehicle types, time zones, currency display, and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) calculations to meet the diverse needs of enterprises in different countries regarding logistics planning and execution.
- Local Application in local language, including Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Filipino and etc.
- Time Zone Setting: users can set the corresponding time zone according to each company’s country.
- Currency Display:The system displays currency information relevant to each company’s country, providing clear financial context for users.
- Notification: TMS can be Integrated with WhatsApp, a popular instant messaging tool in foreign countries, to send notification of pickup and delivery of orders to instant messenger, so that users can easily check and receive the messages.
- Carbon Emission Statistics: Users can automatically calculate the carbon emission data for each order based on order data (distance, quantity, weight, volume) and vehicle data (vehicle model, load capacity, fuel type, emission standards, and fuel consumption). The system provides a unified data dashboard and supports data export.

After the successful implementation of projects in Indonesia and Thailand in 2023, oTMS has further accelerated its investment in the Asia-Pacific region to expedite the digitalization process for more countries/regions:
- DSV embarked on a digitalization journey with oTMS to connect, automate and optimize its operations in the Philippines.
- GOODPACK appointed oTMS as the Transportation Management System (TMS) of choice to achieve digital transportation management in the Thai and Indonesian markets, advancing carbon emission management throughout the entire logistics process.
